  • We recommend scheduling transportation 24–48 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, we understand that last-minute needs can arise and will make every effort to accommodate same-day or short-notice requests when possible.  

  • Yes. We provide transportation for children with prior authorization from a parent or legal guardian. All child transportation services—whether accompanied or unaccompanied—are handled with the highest level of care, safety, and professionalism.

  • Yes. We provide ambulatory, disability-friendly transportation services for clients who are able to walk independently or with minimal assistance. At this time, we do not provide wheelchair-accessible or stretcher transportation.

    Please contact us in advance to discuss specific mobility needs and ensure appropriate accommodations.

  • We offer concierge support services designed to assist individuals and families with everyday needs, including errands, essential pickups, wellness check-ins, appointment scheduling assistance, and other non-medical support services tailored to client needs.

    Note - Concierge services are non-medical and non-clinical in nature.
